6.1 Importing listings to Google sheets

In this page we show how to quickly import listings into your Google sheets

Choose below if you have a starter plan or advanced+turbo plan.

  1. Go to "Search" page in Leadsimporter and toggle enable "Enable Import"

  1. A new section where you can add your Website details to import will appear

  1. Here you can select:

    1. Website

    2. Rating - For example if you choose "> 4.5", only listings with rating higher than 4.5 will be imported.

  2. Select the listings you want by choosing individually or if you want to import all.

  1. Once ready click "Import" and as usual a popup will appear, wait for it to be completed.

  1. Once completed and imported successfully an icon will indicated listing was imported successfully to the temp database.

  2. You can now go to the Google Sheets > "Apps Script" and to the code editor as explained in previous step and click "RUN".

You will see shortly the Google sheet being populated, and that's it, have fun importing.

  1. Go to "Search" page in Leadsimporter and toggle enable "Enable Import"

  1. A new section where you can add your Website details to import will appear

  1. Here you can select:

    1. Website

    2. Draft or Publish status

    3. Custom Post Type (Don't forget if you are using the plugin version, you will need to match the same you selected in the WordPress). For Flowmattic, it is the same process.

    4. Category for the listing

    5. Rating - For example if you choose "> 4.5", only listings with rating higher than 4.5 will be imported.

  2. Select the listings you want by choosing individually or if you want to import all.

  1. Once ready click "Import" and as usual a popup will appear, wait for it to be completed.

  1. Once completed and imported successfully an icon will indicated listing was imported successfully

  2. Using the ROCKET button. The rocket button is used if you want to import a listing quickly.

    1. Just choose the website details as usual and click the blue button. Don't forget to select GPT if you want the listing to have an AI description, if you haven't done it previously.
