In order to import listings we will have already searched some listings in the Leadsimporter tool.

  1. Go to "Search" page in Leadsimporter

  1. Choose keyword, location and the radius

  1. Click "New search" and a popup will show indicating that there is a search in progress. You just need to wait a bit and depending on the results found, it can take more or less time.

  1. Once the popup disappears, you will be able to see the data visible as a list.

  1. And that's it, from here you able to AI descriptions, to edit the listings and when ready, import the listings into your website/platform.

  1. Go to "Search" page in Leadsimporter

  1. Click in "New List" button

  1. A popup will appear where you can add a new list (This is to help you track with search locations)

    1. New Search List Name - for example "Dog Parks in New York", this can help you remember the category and the location you are searching

    2. Keyword - Like "Dog parks". It's a starting keyword for the search, you can always change before making a search.

    3. Location - Can be anything from zip code, address, city, location. For this example we use "New York" as we want to cover all dog parks in this city.

    4. Save new list and we can start searching for leads/listings

  1. Select the search list from the dropdown. Every search you will make will be added to the selected search list. So if you have multiple (Turbo plan), don't forget to select the right search list before searching.

  1. By default when you select the search list, the Keyword, Location and Radius will be pre-populated. This is used for the first search.

    1. After the first search, you can change the location and radius to continue with more searches

  1. After the first search you can also go to "Map searches" and from there, drag a pinpoint. When you drag a pinpoint for a new location, this will become the next search point, overriding the input text field "Location"

  1. After selecting the location, click "New search" and a popup will show indicating that there is a search in progress. You just need to wait a bit and depending on the results found, it can take more or less time.

  1. Once the popup disappears, you will be able to see the data visible as a list
